The Middle East Legal Awards 2018: DEADLINE EXTENSION - 12 MARCH

Celebrating achievement, excellence and innovation in the legal profession

Be recognised for leading the pack, for innovating in your sector and for working on precedent-setting, game-changing projects and initiatives.

We are now taking submissions for the annual Middle East Legal Awards, which are jointly hosted by Legal Week and the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Middle East chapter.

The awards ceremony will take place on Thursday 19 April 2018 at The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai, Jumeirah Beach Residence, welcoming 400 leading private practice and in-house representatives from the region.

All law firms and in-house legal departments with a presence in the Middle East are encouraged to make submissions, so long as they meet the criteria for each category. Law firms are also encouraged to submit entries on behalf of in-house legal teams and lawyers who are providing them with an exceptional service.

By recognising exceptional achievement and best practice the awards underline the crucial role lawyers are playing in promoting the rule of law in the region.

There are 24 awards, for which submissions are invited, plus the prestigious ACC Middle East Achievement Award. The awards are divided into seven in-house categories, 14 categories reserved for private practice, and three joint awards: The Innovation Award, CSR Initiative of the Year and Best Use of Technology.

• A transparent judging process will involve great debate and plenty of discussion. An official judging day unites our judges to compare and contrast entries where our winners will be chosen. Click here for full details of the judging process.
